Every political doctrine bundles three kinds of claim: which mechanism should coordinate, how systems behave, and whom the arrangement is for.
- Its mark
- Imagined · framework. Not an empirical finding. Either the framework's interpretive reading of established findings (basis: framework) or a normative proposal about what ought to be (basis: normative). Open horizon.
- Basis
- framework. The framework's own structures: its partitions, names, analogies, syntheses and generalisations beyond the evidence. Always marked Imagined. A material fact stated in the framework's vocabulary is not framework.
